AT ELEMENTS IV BAR
Three ways to put yourself first.
Not sure where to begin?
IRON INFUSIONS
Iron helps your body make haemoglobin, the protein in red blood cells that carries oxygen. An iron infusion delivers iron into a vein to replenish depleted stores.
Oral iron is often the first treatment. IV iron may be considered when it is not tolerated, has not worked well enough, or your clinical circumstances call for another approach. Blood tests and a review of the cause of iron deficiency guide that decision.

IV iron can cause reactions, including rare serious allergic reactions, and leakage around the IV can stain the skin. Your care team will discuss risks, monitoring, and alternatives before treatment.

WELLNESS IV INFUSIONS AND INJECTIONS
Different ingredients. Different ways to receive them. Our wellness menu brings together two IV options and a standalone vitamin B12 injection.
We’ll discuss your health history, goals, and whether treatment is appropriate before confirming a formulation. Nutrient therapy does not replace investigation of persistent fatigue or other symptoms.

Treating a nutrient deficiency is different from receiving an infusion for general wellness. Evidence for wellness IV benefits in people without a deficiency is limited. Infusions and injections also carry risks, including reactions and infection; ingredients, medical conditions, and medicines affect suitability.

A FEW THINGS TO KNOW
Our menu includes Monoferric and Venofer iron infusions, Myers’ cocktail and magnesium IV infusions, vitamin B12 injections, and blood work. Your clinician will discuss treatment details and suitability with you.
An IV infusion delivers fluid and its prescribed ingredients into a vein over time. An intramuscular injection delivers a smaller amount of medicine into a muscle. Our B12 service is an injection; Myers’ cocktail and magnesium are IV options. Your clinician will confirm the appropriate treatment and formulation.
A consultation is the starting point for discussing your goals and questions. Suitability, any required assessment, and treatment details need to be confirmed before an appointment.
Call (780) 633-7538 to discuss appointment availability. Our Red Leaf Wellness team will answer and help with your questions.
